thank you for your response Greg. To answer your question - Every time I open quicken it prompts me to enter my password. It goes through displaying "success" but when I go to update all my accounts pop up message says quicken online services unavailable at this time, please try again later. we apologize for the inconvenience" I can do entries on the desktop application but I cannot upload any account data.0

Thank you for your help Greg. I ended up calling support and they walked me through an easy fix which was really one of the resolutions you posted "Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID syncing and alerts" - I just missed a few steps. Thanks again.3

And THANK YOU for acknowledging that you "missed a few steps".We get complaints all the time that "such and such a process didn't work ... didn't fix my issue", when the real problem was 'I missed a few steps'>
