Updated Quicken Software - .QDF File Opens but Accounts are Gone!

I recently had to rebuild my Windows 10 PC. Through this process I re-installed Quicken via my subscription, around September 15th. During this process Quicken appeared to go through a software update of sorts. I then opened my .QDF file and found that while the file seems to open successfully, my accounts in the file are gone - along with all transactions. I have a backup of the .QDF file. Suggestions????

I would suggest restoring your most recent backup.

I tried opening a copy of the backup .QDF ... same result.

How about opening older backup files, until you find one that doesn't exhibit this issue?

Wasn't there a glitch - that was strictly in display -
the data was there, but just wasn't showing ?    Don't recall the solution -
    It was something simple -

    QWin - R54.16 - Win10

I thought it was to validate your data file but I'm not 100% sure.

This was reported as being fixed in 2019 R21.16. What version and release are you currently running?

Hi Tyka - I am running R22.12 Build 27.1.22.12 I ran the File Validate and Repair and it continues to come out just fine. I'm dead in the water. Need some help here - thanks.

Just to clarify the above ... same problem ... accounts don't show up when I open my .QDF file. Also note that I went to a backup copy of my .QDF file from back in June 2019 ... no luck seeing the accounts here either. Same behavior.
