How can I change an account that is set up as an asset to an investment account?

Unfortunately, you have no choice but to create an investment account et rewrite your transactions correctly.0

ChantalH: Did you try going to the "Account Details" screen of the asset account, clicking on the "Display Options" tab and selecting "Investment" from the drop-down menu under "Account Intent"?
