Quicken 2020 changes mortgage interest rate

:/ Hello,

I've started using Quicken 2020 recently. I've noticed that Quicken occasionally changes the terms of my mortgage interest rate. I have 2 mortgages and it does this to both mortgages from 2 different lenders.

It appears Quicken drops the 3rd decimal point from the mortgages.
This changes my total monthly payment and I have to adjust every month.
How can I report this bug?

Example:
Mortgage 1 (Chase):
Correct Rate is 3.875%
Quicken Modifies to: 3.87%

Example:
Mortgage 2 (SLS)
Correct Rate is: 3.375%
Quicken modifies to: 3.37%

Quicken Premier
Year: 2020
Version: R25.21
Build: 27.1.25.21
US Version
Windows 10 v1909

I suspect that you're downloading into these loans ... and that it's actually the Lender, via the download, that's changing things.
Both of your examples show truncation of the rate, which if Q was going to do that it should have happened when you set up the loan.

    Hello all,

I made these manual loans, which I'm good with since the data really shouldn't change often except when escrow amounts changes.

    Thanks for the tips!

Did this fix your loan percentage rate problem?
As far as I can determine, the manual loan setup process should allow up to 4 decimal places (e.g., 3.8750%)
I can't speak for downloaded loan data and if there's an issue with truncation of the loan percent rate. (I don't have any active loans at the moment). If that's the case, then this should be reported to the programmers as a bug.

It did. It looks like the issue only occurs during the sync process. How can I report a bug?

    thanks!

    Click HELP, Report a problem.
But don't expect any response from Q, unless they need more info.
