A word of caution with searching the register for a memo entry.
If the search term is part of a split transaction entry, it will be listed in the search results.
However, the Total will include other items in the split transaction(s).

Meanwhile, you can add your VOTE to Report based on keyword of Memo/Notes.

Thanks to both of you for the prompt replies. Seems like I can't do a savable Quicken Report, but this is quite useful for transaction summaries that are not likely to be needed in the future anyway. In this case, I need to include credit card, checking, and cash payments, so I performed your steps on the All Transactions heading, which seemed to work across Account Groups.2
