Citi Billing: Broken 11/19

I noted a closed discussion on this topic -- but it remains an issue for me. It was suggested that the biller be added again and the problem has been resolved. I have done this repeatedly for 2 months. I get the message "your bill has been successfully added, but your next amount due is not yet available from your biller". Well it NEVER gets added and if I were relying on this mechanism I would be getting hit with late fees! Frustrating.. Moreover because the bill never gets added, I can't pay it using Quicken quick pay. Makes the mechanism useless for me.

Has anyone found a way around this?
