Do I need to reinstall quicken

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
When I try to download data from a bank or credit card, I get a message "there are qucken components currently open and cannot be uninstalled. Please close Quicken and try uninstalling again." I have no idea what they're talking about. until today I have never had any problem downloading data. Very frustrating.

Please provide the version of Quicken being used: select Help > About Quicken
