January I worked on Quicken and now what I did is gone. How can I find it?

in File Conversion and Backup (Mac)
Auto back-ps Shows a file from that day, but it is (Pre-update) and what I did is gone. Is there a way to get it back?

    Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?
    • Quicken > About Quicken

    Do you know if you have Mac Time Machine backup enabled? If so, you may be able to find lost files through your Time Machine.

    @Danieljmusic  Could you provide more information about what you mean when you say your file is gone? Do you know where your Quicken data file is stored, and if so, have you looked there? (For instance, if it's in Quicken's default location, it would be in [Your User] > Library > Application Support > Documents.) When you open Quicken and go to File > Open Recent, is it in that pop-up menu?
