Problem with the Bell notification for this forum?

I now have a 4 in a red circle by the bell. Yesterday it was 2. Yesterday's 2 are also in today's 4. I've read all of the posts and have even clicked on the notifications under the bell but they do not get marked as read and continue to be flagged. How do I get this fixed?

Hello @RIck,

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

When you click on the notification bell, you should have the option to click Mark All Read at the bottom-right of the notifications list (see example below). This should remove the red notification bubble.

Thanks. I didn't see that but I wasn't looking down that far. I thought it would automatically mark it read especially if I clicked on one specifically and it opened the post.
