How to resolve USAA Download Error (-28)?

All my USAA accounts list: FL_WEBSITE_UNAVAILABLE:ccscrape.105:Website is temporarily unavailable
Have tried to download twice at differnt times today!

    If you haven't already, please review this support article regarding error CC-105.

    As stated in the article; if the issue persists after a few days, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to investigate the root cause of the error and will likely be required to file an escalation if they see fit.
