I am using Quicken 2015. I know I should upgrade, but I can't handle the change right now. I had to reinstall Windows on my computer, and then I reinstalled Quicken 2015. I reloaded my Quicken data file, and started Quicken. I tell it to open that file, and then I get "sign in with your Intuit ID. I enter my quicken email address and password, and it says "an unknown error occurred - try later". I keep trying but no luck. Any ideas?

If you haven't already, I suggest you download and apply the Quicken 2015 R17.4 Mondo patch: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quickenpatches.html1

@greenfamily MSVCR120.dll comes from the Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 that was used to develop Quicken at the time. You need to install the redistributable package from here:

Yes, Quicken is a 32-bit program, the DLLs have to match that.greenfamily said:thanks for the help. I found that I had to use the x86 version of the DLL file instead of the 64-bit version. Got it all working now with the help above.Signature:

@Sherlock thanks. I downloaded that patch and tried to install it, and it says it can't install because MSVCR120.dll is not found. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Quicken, rebooting. Any more ideas?0
