    Hello @claudiocesar,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?
    • Quicken > About Quicken

Are you experiencing this with only 1 financial institution in particular, or multiple financial institutions? Please, include the name(s) of the financial institution(s). Also, do you receive any error message(s) and/or code(s) when attempting to download transactions that you can provide us with here? And which connection type are you using to connect (Quicken Connect or Direct Connect)?

Please, check back and let us know! Thank you.

Hi Quicken support. As you see, I'm not the only one who's having such issues. Clearly the fault does not lie on the user side but it's a Quicken issue. Can you please investigate and resolve it?

PS: The problem is with one financial institution: PayPal. Here's screenshot. This has been going on for a month now.

@metaleonid  This forum is not Quicken Support. You can contact Quicken Support via text chat on the weekends, plus via phone during the week.

This forum is mostly user-to-user support, with some help from Quicken moderators.

Only Quicken Support can conduct tests, collect support files from users, and when  appropriate, escalate connectivity issues to their team which handles connectivity. It's often unclear to users whether the problem is with Quicken or with the financial institution. Unless one of the Quicken moderators posts here to offer information about a problem with PayPal, you'd be best contacting Quicken Support.

Update: I changed the connection to point to the institution PayPal Prepaid Card. All PayPal accounts are now working perfectly. [removed - off-topic/duplicate]

However, PayPal also all of a sudden started to work. This might be a temporary window.
