I have tried "Citibank", "Citi Cards" and "Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi" and quicken still cannot find my cc account0

We will need some additional information in order to better assist you further.
Are you trying to add a new account to Quicken or are you trying to connect an existing account that has already been added to Quicken? Also, do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you could provide us with here, please?
