Getting repeated errors with Citi Personal Wealth Management - now it's OL-293-A

Hi - I was getting OL-362-A errors with Citi PWM and I deactivated and reactivated my accounts and it seemed OK. Today the error is OL-293-A, and it's repeatable. What's up?

I deactivated and reactivated, and it worked this time, but now my Fidelity account is doing the same thing (OL-362-A), even though it worked fine 10 minutes ago.

    Hello @solmssen,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing various issues.

I would suggest saving a backup and then using this Knowledge Base article for steps on how to resolve that error.

It is highly unlikely that the the OL-262-A, account not found, error is caused by a hidden account or account information that is out of sync given that it was working 10 minutes before.

To me it sounds like another variation on this problem:

As in the deactivating/reactivating is doing the same flow as the Add Account, and messing up the other financial institution's information until Quicken is restarted.
