Register Balances (problem with R 37.64)

Updated Windows, Version R 37.64
When entering a new register transaction the ending balance in the register is not subtracting the debited amount, it is adding the amount. The "Ending Balance" on the bottom of the register is correct.
In another account I made a deposit, the transaction did not post and is not in the register (searched for transaction) however at the bottom where it shows "Ending Balance" that is correct.
Does anyone know a fix for this problem?

    When entering a register transaction and saving, the transaction disappears however the ending balance at the bottom is correct. After logging out and log back in the transaction is posted in the register.
    Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    What R37.64 broke, R 37.65 is supposed to fix ... Click here to download and install the new patch.
