Flagstar mortgage not syncing

:s My flagstar bank mortgage is no longer syncing. This has been the situation for about a month. Tried "edit account details > reset," did not work. Tried edit account details > deactivate," now "edit account details" does not show tab for "Online services." Hesitant to delete account and set up account again because set up for auto pay. What's up?
