I can't sign out of the mobile app or use any of the menu items

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I don't have any syncing or adding transactions problems. I just can't use any of the menu items, especially sign out. I checked & have latest version. I uninstalled & reinstalled. When I reinstalled, I didn't have to sign in. Can anyone help?
