Is R38.26 (HF1) a staged release?

R38.26 showed as an available update with no announcement in the Quicken community release notices. Is it staged, for all users?
Is R36.57 still the latest release available for all users?
Please provide consistency in release update announcements.
Please notify if the release is staged, paused, or available for all users to eliminate confusion.

Yes, it is in staged release/paused mode. This announcement is one patch release behind, but all of R38.XX is in staged release/paused mode.

I do, too. I thought it may be do to a lack of communication between the moderators that maintain the announcements and the administrators of the releases but, to date, the moderators have ignored my query regarding this apparent change in policy. I will try clearing my cache and such and try again (already tried reload), maybe I caught it where they put it in and before they removed it. Note I'm using MS Edge.Signature:

Yeah, I don't see R38.26 either.

I did CTRL-F5 in Firefox and R38.26 appeared. I guess it's a little shy.

I had three different browsers, neither showing it. Just did a reload and all three are showing it now. It was matter of timing.

More likely there are multiple servers, and they are getting updated over time. It was one of my concerns with a subscription model i.e. more frequent versions of "beta" releases due to a captured testing population. It would be okay if staged, paused and validated releases were announced more clearly.
