Apple Credit Card Payments look like refunds Help

I have found that when importing apple card monthly information that the Credit Card payment ends up looking like a refund. How can I have this solved systematically?

Can I automatically have it detected or zeroed out?
Also, how should I deal with the apple card cash back?

    What is the actual bank that you're downloading these from, as shown in the Financial Institution column at TOOLS, Account List?
    And, explain what you're actually seeing.  What column, in Q, is the amount appearing in?  At the Apple card website, what do you see?

    I'd look at your Renaming Rules and/or Memorized Payees (Tools menu) to see if they are possibly being recognized as a refund that was memorized in the past.
