How can I create an account after paying for software?

When I paid for my Quicken software, it led me straight to an account creation page. Each time I try to create an account, this is what I get. "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again, and if it still doesn't work, let us know" However when I click on that link, I cannot get help for specific issue...

Please do TOOLS, Add account and tell us STEP BY STEP, what you're trying to do up until you get that error message.  Including the name of the Financial Institution and the type of account that you're trying to add.
Also, please do HELP, About Quicken and tell us WHICH Q product is shown there and the BUILD of Q that you're running.

I'm missing something.  How did the OP pay for Q without an account?

We're confused by the wording and usage of "account" -
Is this Account Creation Page -
    A - creating a new Quicken User ID & password - OR -
B - is it attempting to create your banking accounts for Quicken ?
    C - other ??

    QWin - R54.16 - Win10
