Why have my USAA credit card transactions stopped downloading into Quicken?

Starting about 4/12/22 my USAA credit card transactions stopped downloading into
Quicken. I know this because when I login to my USAA credit card, there are legitimate
transactions recorded into the account that have not downloaded into Quicken

    This is actually more than one issue. My Checking account stopped updating and Quicken cannot even see it at USAA in order to Rest or reconnect, by any of the usual methods. 4Savings account still seems to update, but credit card does not. There are no errors, just silent failure to execute connection and download.

    What is the deal....my CC are not downloading....please fix this.

    It is still a problem. I spent an hour on the phone with USAA about this. They just kept sending me to someone else until I finally asked them to elevate the problem. Finally they admitted that they knew about the problem, but there is nothing they can do about it. I imagine if I call quicken I will spend about the same amount of time and get the same answer. So, we start to search for better software - perhaps I should write my own??

    I have had this problem since the 12th as well, but tonight, it started working again. Your mileage may vary. Now, if Quicken can just fix the PNC problem.

    Same here. Everything auto-downloaded correctly this morning. Whew!
