    Similar problem only with Fid netbenefits but getting http-500 error.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this error with your Fidelity NetBenefits account. 

    First, I suggest deactivating and reactivating all Fidelity NetBenefits accounts (this includes hidden and closed accounts). You may follow this link for more information regarding deactivating and reactivating online banking services. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).
