Transactions recorded in register are not being picked up in RECONCILE REPORTS

Quicken Windows Other Member ✭✭
I am operating with the latest update for Q Home & Business. I cannot get recent debits & credits to show up in my reconciliation report. I deleted those transactions, then re-entered them with no success. Then I reverted to a previous backup and re-entered those transactions that were not current. I tried again to reconcile, and they were still not showing up. I can't get service from Quicken, either with chat or live (yesterday)

"reconciliation report"Clarify, please. Are you referring to an actual report, a report you create by clicking on Reports > Banking > Reconciliation, or are you referring to the windows that comes up titled "Reconcile: (Account name)" where you select the transactions to mark as reconciled, or, something else? If you're referring to the reconciliation window I'd suggest looking at FAQ: How does Quicken determine which transactions qualify for a reconcile?0
