Categories not showing
I created a new category. I moved some existing transactions to it. The data shows up, but not the category name. I do not have the category hidden.

Where are you expecting the Cat Name to appear that it isn't? Does it show in the Category List? Can you use the Cat in transactions? Make sure, in the Cat List, that the category isn't hidden.

Since it's a new category, have you checked that it's included in the report … by clicking the gear icon to edit the report?

What would I post if something is missing?

Post the report or screen shot where it is missing from. Or where you expect to see it. We don't know what the problem is.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
