EWC+ transactions not downloading from multiple financial institutions - no error messages

All of my EWC+ bank and investment accounts are downloading 0 transactions even though I know there are many. This is affecting Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, Fidelity. I was able to reestablish Bank of America downloads by disabling online completely and re-enabling (Refresh didn't work). I did a refresh on Fidelity and it did download the outstanding transactions, but assigned the wrong bond security to each transaction, so I dumped that and restored from backup. What is going on with EWC+? This can't keep happening! I read in another post that EWC+ has been internally disabled. Someone please explain what users should do.

Hello @CountDeMonet2022,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When did this issue first start? Which version of Quicken were you using when it started? Did all of the EWC+ accounts start having this issue at the same time?
Thank you.

It's working now after a Quicken Id signoff / signon, except for Fidelity Netbenefits, which is assigning the wrong security to downloaded transactions, and is supposedly now blocked at the system level. One possible cause of 0 downloads - I hadn't downloaded any EWC+ transactions in over 60 days, so perhaps an internal session cookie expired? Banks keep 90 days of history typically. Keep up posted about Fidelity fixes please.

Why are you using EWC+ with Fidelity NetBenefits? They support Direct Connect at no cost to you.

I am using Direct Connect for Fidelity Netbenefits, but it still has a known issue with unidentifiable securities (no ticker, no CUSIP, for example). It inserts the wrong security in the downloaded transaction. I think there's also an issue with it creating a random zero balance account that I've seen mentioned elsewhere.

Then why do you say that you're running EWC+?
And the issue that you cite is well known and discussed elsewhere in this forum

I thought Fidelity had switched over to EWC+ but after you pointed out Direct Connect, I checked and you were right. I originally mentioned Fidelity issue in another post, and the Quicken person split that comment into a new EWC+ post, so it may have caused confusion. It's not EWC+ related at all, just general transaction downloaded headaches which seems to becoming par for the course with Quicken. Don't they have a QA department? It's truly embarrassing how many times they break things with their updates. Thanks for the clarification!
