Does premium support come with windows quicken premier?

Does premium support come(included) with windows quicken premier?

System is a Windows 10 Laptop. In the past I have bought Premium support separately.

I would be upgrading from Deluxe to Premier Quicken subscription.

    Quicken should advertise that Premium support is available separately for Quicken Deluxe

    at an additional cost. I did finally locate that offer on the site. I do think a lot of customers would be interested.

    I don't think so, unless maybe you are in Canada.

    From what I understand about "Premium support" is just that you get a toll free number in your Quicken.com account, and that if a non premium user and a premium user are waiting in line to talk to support the premium user will be helped before the non premium user.

    The actual "service" as in who you talk to, doesn't change.
