Anyone else having issues with ALLY credit card (formerly Ollo) ?
My Ollo card account was bought by Ally. I was able to set it up months ago when this happened and it recognized the account and the card and pulled over transactions.
Since that initial download nothing has wanted to download. I only use it for 2 auto renew monthly transactions so it's not the end of the world, but curious if anyone has had this happen.
I've reset connection. I've disconnected and redone it. I've removed it and added it back and nothing gets it to download. It says successfully downloaded 0 transactions so it's connecting, just not finding anything.

What is your connection method with Ally? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. When did this issue begin to occur? After a recent update? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Do you have multiple accounts with Ally?

what is the exact institution name being used for your OLLO card in your Quicken account ?

Ally Bank. it takes the password and finds the account, just doesnt download anything

No. Since Ollo is now Ally, Ollo credit cards are no longer valid or usable—
use your Ally Credit Card instead.
You should’ve received your Ally Credit Card by now. If you haven’t, give us a call0 -

Yeah i'm just wondering if anyone else has an Ally card and it works for them. Basically "is it just me having issues or are others"?
