Problem with Provident Bank; Quicken is saying my password doesn't match [EDITED]

Trying to update my accounts. All have updated except Provident bank. You're telling me my password in quicken doesn't match my password from the bank. I haven't had this problem in a long time. It usually resolves itself when I type in my password. Please advise.

    I don't see any open alerts on the forum about Provident, or any recent complaints from other users that match yours.

    @Yankees This site is NOT Quicken Support. You can reach out to them at the link at the top of the page, and select either chat or phone support. If you're looking for interactive help right away, that's what you should pursue.

    This is a community forum of mostly fellow Quicken users trying to help each other, with help from a handful of Quicken moderators. So please understand that when you post "you're telling me…", you're actually not talking to Quicken programmers here.

    Also, you posted in a Quicken Mac category of the forum rather than Quicken Windows. I have flagged a moderator to have your post moved to the Windows section, where fellow Quicken users will see it and be able to offer advice.

    You also put your name (I assume) as the Subject line of your post; I edited it to reflect the problem you're having, in the hope it will catch more eyes that way.
