Ally VISA still not downloading transactions
I posted a few months back and it went nowhere. It is still not downloading. It does show the online balance, however it won't download transactions to match.
Anyone having this issue? I've tried troubleshooting connection. It takes the username and password, but does not download anything. No error returned, it acts like a normal download but nothing is downloaded.

Please confirm that your account is now connected to Ally Bank (view this on the Online Services tab of Account Details or in Account List).
Did your credit card number change when OLLO was merged into Ally? If so, on the General tab of Account details, under Financial Institution Information, does it show the correct account number?
At the top left of the Account Register, above the register itself, in the line directly beneath the Account Name, exactly what does it say? (Be word-for-word specific, please.)

Yes my card number changed, I removed OLLO and set it up as ALLY. It finds the account just fine, it connects, no error. It has worked a time or two in the past (I only use this card for two recurring bills monthly), but has stopped working again.
Card number is correct.
It says "Last download June 14, 2024 - 1:14pm (Express Web Connect)"
As I've noted, it runs through the download just fine, it does not return an error. It says 0 transactions downloaded. But there are things which are not cleared from May and June

Unfortunately, this is a known issue. Currently, per this article, Ally supports downloads for checking and savings accounts only.

Hmm weird. I'm almost confident it downloaded before. Oh well I only use it for a few transactions each month. You can close this one out now.
