Synchrony.com Not Showing Up For Credit Card

Another person having trouble downloading credit card information from Synchrony. My J. Crew card is accessed at Synchrony.com. However, when trying to put in the download information, Quicken offers a few synchrony variations — such as synchronybank.com, etc. But it doesn't offer synchrony.com. I'm guessing this is the problem and I'd think it was an easy, obvious fix.

    Store credit cards are always a problem because they aren't usually "by financial institution", if they exist, they are by the store name.

    In this case, I think you are looking for "J.Crew Credit Card".

    "J.Crew Credit Card" links back to the old Comenity card. I also can not get link to Synchrony.com for J.Crew.

    I suggest reaching out to Synchrony directly as the instances that are available within Quicken are chosen by the financial institution. It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 agent or supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.
