Lowe's credit card doesn't sync
I have a problem adding my Lowe's credit card account to Quicken (Mac). I tried all three options: "Lowe's Consumer Credit Card" and "Lowe's Commercial Card (Synchrony …" and "Lowe's Credit Center" NONE synced!
Quicken asks for a USER ID. Lowe's site doesn't have a USER ID field however I tried my full name, last name, email. Nothing worked. Not syncing.
Quicken: 1) can you help resolve this issue? 2) for the "Lowe's advantage" credit card (bill says Lowe's/Synchrony Bank), which of the three is the correct Lowe's name to select?

I finally think I solved it! The MyLowe's Rewards credit card has to be registered separately from the Lowe's store however it still uses the same login info. Once registered, I went into Quicken, selected "Lowe's Consumer Credit Card" and the account added into Quicken. Hope this helps others with the same issue.

Hi Anja, Thank you. We have the “Lowe’s Advantage” credit card (credit extended by Synchrony Bank).
No error code. The dialog is: "Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for Lowe’s Credit Center."
I tried with the same login that I use for the Lowe's store (www.lowes.com) but Quicken gives me the error message above.

- Which Lowe's account name should I be selecting?
- Lowe's online store lists all purchases but could it be that there is a separate login for the credit card other than the store?

This is the error message I'm getting, no matter which of the three options I selected: "Lowe's Consumer Credit Card" and "Lowe's Commercial Card (Synchrony …" and "Lowe's Credit Center"

I was having the same problem, Lowes CC would not download into Quicken & there was no error message.
Fix it by doing this—— Right Click on Lowes Acct in Quicken >Edit/Delete Account>Online Services>Reset Account.
Hope this helps others.0 -

I am having the same issue with trying to set up my Lowe's Credit Card account to download into Quicken. I am using a MacBook Air, running Monterey (12.7.6) MacOS.
Like the OP I tried all three of the available Lowe's credit card options to try to download transations: "Lowe's Consumer Credit Card" and "Lowe's Commercial Card (Synchrony …" and "Lowe's Credit Center" to no avail.
I get the same pop-up dialog box: "Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for Lowe’s Credit Center."
I verified that I am entering the same login credentials I use to sign into my credit card account (at lowes.syf.com and not the Lowe's store account) so I know I am not entering the wrong login information.
Also, I already tried disconnecting and reconnecting the account in Quicken and don't have the option to "Reset Account" as suggested by user eneranch
Any thoughts on what the issue might be?

I have the consumer card and "Lowe's Consumer Credit Card" is the option being used and haven't had any issues downloading transactions lately.
