Unable to Connect with Several Different Financial Institutions [Edited]

For two weeks now I haven't been able to connect Randolph Brooks, Discover Bank, Security Service Federal Credit Union. These all worked previously and nothing seems to be done to correct this. People depend on these connections to work. I can't deal with this any longer that's why I won't be renewing my subscription when it expires.

    That's all good except I am on a Macintosh and those options are not there!

    Thank you for clarifying. I went ahead and moved your post to the proper Mac category.

    The equivalent steps for Mac in that article are provided below:

    1. Navigate to the Quicken dropdown menu
    2. Sign Out...
    3. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password 
    4. Follow the prompts to be taken back to your data file after signing in
