Unable to connect with AssetMark eWealthmanager

I have read a number of issues people are having trying to connect with AssetMark's eWeatlhmanager website. It appears to be a problem for all the Quicken platforms. The last I saw for the MAC product was in March of this year. The discussion was closed with no listed resolution. Can I ask if it's still an issue for most and if there is anything in the works to remedy. The error is Care Code FDP-105 Details: FI_WEBSITE_UNAVAILABLE.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing this issue after the Alert was marked as resolved.
I checked on the escalation ticket (CTP-11760) that @Quicken Jasmine created for you earlier in this thread and can confirm that it is still open. Announcement claims the connection issue has been resolved on January 11,2025. As of January 17, 2025 I am seeing no difference and am still having no success connecting to AssetMarks' ewealthmanager. I still get the same error message.
