Unable to connect Windows Quicken Classic to Lifehub

Just signed up for Lifehub trial. I log in with the same uid/pw to both systems. I followed the steps to connect classic to lifehub, but am not seeing the options to complete this task as posted in the steps. Steps state to use same ID, be on at least R55.xx and it should just work.

Shouldn't Q4W already have this option in the preferences?

    To troubleshoot this, first, try closing and re-opening your Quicken program. If the option still isn't showing up under Edit>Preferences>Startup, then please try restarting your computer. If the issue persists after that, please reinstall the latest patch. You can do that by using the directions and link in this article:

    Just to clarify so we can better assist—when you say you "can't get to the page to start," do you mean:

    1. You're having trouble accessing Life Hub from within Quicken itself (e.g., nothing happens when you click it)?
    2. Or are you referring to a web page outside of Quicken (like a signup or setup page) that won’t load?
