Everbank incorrect login

Hello Everyone, although I don't see this error shown as being corrected on the Quicken site yet, I'm happy to report that as of this morning, I was able to connect to my Everbank accounts and download transactions. I first used a dummy test account to check and see if this was working. This was unsuccessful previously, but this morning it did start working for me. I then went to my real Quicken file. I don't know if it was necessary or not, but I did deactivate all my Everbank accounts, and remove the institution and acct # information. Then I reactivated one of my Everbank accounts, and it succesfully authenticated and recognized all my Everbank accounts, and I was able to link them. Transaction download was then successful.
As I previously mentioned, I was having a similar issue with my Discover accounts, and just as with Everbank, this morning everything suddenly started working with Discover using the same steps above. I would imagine these must have been related, and Quicken implemented some fix to get this working, even if they haven't announced it yet. Whatever the case may be, thank you!
Now, if I could only get all my Citibank accounts to connect properly (this is still not working, even though I tried it this morning too).

As of this morning, I was able to successfully add my Everbank account back in to Quicken, MFA with a text, and download transactions.

Still not working for me but I'll try to do the process jptra mentioned above and see if it works. I'll report back!
OK I Disconnected my Everbank, then set it up again for download; went thru two MFA'a for some reason (hope that just happens during set-up?) and it finally downloaded the transactions. Ta da! Was this the fix all along? Or did Everbank do something too? Will we ever know? I vaguely remember having to do this once before to rectify a problem. I just wish I had gone ahead and done this when the problem started!
Not ready for PrimeTime!

Hello everyone,
I understand your concerns and appreciate your patience. I have reviewed the internal ticket, and our teams are actively investigating the issue. However, there is currently no estimated timeframe for resolution.
We truly appreciate your continued patience and support as we work toward a solution.

tschwartz- No, this wasn't the fix all along. Something was definitely changed, either by Quicken or by Everbank. You would have wasted your time doing this before, because I did try it (multiple times). Once you disconnected, you would have been unable to reconnect your accounts.
Although this same fix did initially work for my Discover account, that account has now stopped downloading again, and sends a message saying "we're aware of the problem, and are working on it", or something to that effect. Everbank continues to work. Citibank credit card continues to have issues, and they too say they are aware of the problem, and are working on it.

This appears to be an Everbank problem. Even if you download the Quicken file manually it will not work as it has an error on the coding of the file. If you correct the error with text edit the manual download works. I think Everbank needs to get this fixed, three weeks to fix this issue is not acceptable. Everbank's customer service just hung up on me when I asked for an eta on the fix.

OOOPS I spoke too soon. Had to do the process above again and uncheck store to Keychain — as before had to go thru two MFA's and it download, but I wouldn't be surprised if I have to do this again —-
So STILL NOT FIXED?????🤯

Hello All,
Due to reports that the CC-503 issue is persisting, or has returned, we have forwarded the issue to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution.
Thank you!

As of 30 minutes ago, I was unable to get Quicken and EverBank to play nicely. They did for about 1.5 weeks after the earlier issues, but it started failing again in the last week.
As of now, Quicken is able to connect and download transactions from EverBank.
Although your mileage may vary, here are the steps I went through:
1) For each EverBank account I had, Edit Account Details —> Online Services and click Deactivate (if it shows an Online Setup)2) I attempted to re-add the accounts, and received errors (some combination of stating EverBank says my login info is incorrect and/or CC-503)
3) After reading comments, I went back into Edit Account Details —> General Tab, and noticed that "Financial Institution" was still showing EverBank Consumer and not editable. I restarted Quicken.
4) Post restart, Financial Institution was still not editable. After researching that a bit more, I used File —> Validate And Repair, clicked "Validate File" and let it run. NOTE: I have a rather robust backup setup, so I wasn't too worried about doing this directly on my main file, but make sure you know what you're doing here.
5) After Validate And Repair, I was able to edit Financial Institution, so I removed "Everbank Consumer" from all accounts, and restarted Quicken again.
6) I attempted to re-add the accounts. This time, instead of immediately failing, it paused for about 20-30 seconds before reporting an error.
7) Contemplated throwing PC out the window, decided to walk away for a few moments instead.
8) Tried again, immediately failed.
9) I logged into Everbank Web, and within a minute of logging in to the Web I tried via Quicken one more time. This time, it gave me an MFA prompt for the first time in a while. I provided it, and it linked up my accounts!
10) Although it linked the accounts and stated it had downloaded the last XYZ days of transactions, none were showing. I then manually had One Step Update run for EverBank, received an MFA prompt again, and this time all of my transactions downloaded.
What made the difference? I'm not sure. I find it interesting I had to go through a Validate And Repair to clear out the financial institution - it's like something was left in the file, and perhaps after the account changes at EverBank whatever was left is part of the problem.
I especially find it interesting that right after I logged in to the web and tried again, Quicken was able to connect (to be clear, this is a copy/paste situation for the password, typos were not involved). That suggests a few things that I won't go into, but I'd be interested to hear if that makes a difference for anyone else - log out of Everbank web (if you're already logged in), log in again, and shortly after you arrive at your dashboard, try again via Quicken…
Hope this helps someone else.0
