Fidelity Transactions Not Downloading
I have several different accounts with Fidelity, and I am downloading using Direct Connect (Quicken Connect didn't work). I have several problems: first, Quicken is not downloading transactions prior to December 2024. Second, Fidelity is not permitting the download for the cost basis for the securities in the account. I spoke to several Fidelity representatives and they advised me that the Fidelity "development team" is not authorizing the download of cost basis, because it presents a "security problem". This makes no sense to me. Third, Quicken downloaded one or more transactions that are not to be found on the Fidelity website. Any suggestions?
