Hi, I have to say that I am extremely excited with the new invoicing features of Quicken Classic for Mac. However, in order for me to make use of this, I would like to propse to additional features :
1) Can we have the option of changing the business currency (and set it to CAD$),
2) Could we be able to customize further the invoice (e.g. change labels or the language) and
3) Can we change the currency in the discount section of the invoice.
Finally, with regard to the mileage tracker, could we be able to switch from miles to kilometers? Thank you so much for everything!

Please add Canadian features to Mac version as well.

    • Ability to change the quarterly tax payment dates
    • Business mileage tracking to CDN $
    • Invoicing in CDN $
    • Ability to add bills to track tax for ITC.

THIS IS SUCH AN IMPORTANT FEATURE REQUEST!! Alternatively, if you can't yet do that, at least take off the DEFAULT USD that shows on the invoices. Even better, put a blank field there where someone could write in the currency (CAD/USD/NZD etc). or have that default currency linked to the primary currency in the SETTINGS of the Quicken data file.

Hello, @Quicken Anja . Referring to similar "ideas", whereas:

    • Removing errant USD default currency / adding other currencies
    • Activating the "Deposit Account" function button concerning invoices

Numerous Quicken CANADA MAC users appear to share the same concerns as I do. Collectively, I count 14 votes; and, 449 views collectively of these "ideas" three, as at 15 April 2025.

    Please provide update on status.

    Thank you.

    Hello @James Tuttle,

This is an Idea, not a bug. Ideas that get enough votes may be implemented in the future. To track the status, I recommend bookmarking this Idea post, since any updates, once available, will be posted here.

@Quicken Kristina, this is an oversight on account of Roecket Mortgage LLC and Quicken- not an 'idea'. The product at hand is "Quicken Classic Mac Business & Personal (Canada)", and the functionality defective. Here, I re-emphasize "Canada", and how the functionality does NOT pertain to Canada, nor its taxation, nor its currency at the very least. What does this mean to you?

When will this be implemented? I didn't buy a license so that I could track anything in American units. I'm a Canadian user, billing in Canadian units, filing taxes to the Canadian government, and travelling on Canadian roads.

It's baffling to me that the current situation would be considered acceptable, and the passive-aggressive response about this being a 'feature request' is rude at best.

Hello, @Quicken Victoria , @Quicken Anja , @Quicken Kristina . Can you please, without fail, provide a status update on this issue. This is NOT and idea; this is a major oversight. This product is intended for use with Canadian currency, Canadian taxation code, and NOT American.

    Thank you,

    Jamie
