For some reason every time I do a download the system prompts me to add "googl" to my account. It is already in my account. The descriptive number on the security list is the same on as the system is saying is new?? 02079K107 Anyway to correct this nuisance?

    • Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what were they?
    • Are you using a VPN while updating your accounts? If so, does disabling it make any difference?

    C drive

I use VPN but it hasn't been an issue. The data is downloading properly , it just keeps asking me to add GOOGL to security list.

It's already on the security list

yes I have anti virus- as I said everything is downloading ok.

Issue started a few days ago. yes there was a quicken update. using 27.1.61.21

    downloading from Vanguard

googl has been in my system since 2023? for some reason it's not acknowledging that.

thought i'd delete but can't since it's active.

I had several other symbols download properly. The GOOGL pops up 2-3 days in a row after that. I'll see what it does after the next transaction I have.
