Think Bank - Direct Connect OL-220-A

I started having transaction download issues around March 8, 2025 as well. Windows 11. Think Bank- Direct Connect. OL-220-A error when trying to download. I tried resetting my account in online services and received an error stating the reset failed and to contact Quicken Support. This account is stuck in error recovery mode. I sent the COM log to the bank where you can clearly see the failure after Mar 8. They don't see anything wrong on their end. Is this part of the known issue? Are connections blocked here too? Thanks.
