Add Unreconciled/Uncleared Filter in Transaction Register (29 Legacy Votes)

@Mark233 Here's a trick you can use for the time being if you want a quick total of a group of transactions…

In your credit card account, click on the Clr column heading twice. This will sort the transactions by Cleared status, with all the uncleared transactions first, all the cleared (blue checkmark) transactions next, and all the reconciled (green checkmark) transactions last. If you want to total unreconciled (blank and blue) transactions, simply click on the first one, scroll down to the last one, and Shift-click it. This will select all the transactions between the two you clicked on and in the upper right just under the Search box, Quicken will tell you how many transactions there are and the sum of the amounts of the highlighted transactions. (Then just remember to click the Date column heading to restore your register to its normal order.)

Any chance we will ever see the "Reconciled" view in our account registers in Quicken like are available on the PC and Web version ?

@Kenny Etinson If you're referring to a register filter for Unreconciled transactions, that's what this Idea thread is lobbying for. The developers last year added a report criterion for Reconciled status, which was half the battle, so they will hopefully come back to this and add a filter for registers. Whether they will, and if so when, is not something anyone here can answer.

AND the ability to reconcile individual transactions ?

If you want to mark an individual transaction as reconciled, you can do so right now: Option-click on the Clr checkbox twice to make a transaction reconciled. Just do so with care and purpose, since this goes outside the normal reconciliation process and won't be recorded in your saved account reconciliations.
