Transaction Needs Attention
When I go to my "Bills and Income" screen, it shows two transactions "NEEDS ATTENTION" and under each transaction is says "Biller Connection Requires Attention". I try clicking the "Fix It" button on the faux check on the screen, but it comes back with "We're working on linking with Spokane Teachers Credit Union. We'll let you know if we need anything else." Then it tells me to wait 2-3 days. Well, this has been going on for 2-3 weeks now, and I can't remove the pending transactions. How do I get rid of them?

Thanks for reaching out. I’ve checked the internal status of Spokane Teachers Credit Union, and it is currently showing as degraded. Our teams are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
