Any ETA to fix TreasuryDirect connection?
Hello Quicken,
This is for Windows version.
This issue has been reported many times over past 2 years, while all previous threads were just closed.
Many reported this to the Tech Support as well.
Some old threads
Do we have any ETA for this fix?
BTW - this works at [Removed - 3rd-Party] just fine, but Quicken.

Thank you for coming to the Community with this question. To clarify, are you having an issue with the process getting stuck when you get to the one time passcode (OTP), which then prevents you from being able to connect or update your account? If that is what is happening, about how long are you waiting? When I test in my Quicken, it does work, but it's very slow for the OTP window to appear and very slow for the account to update after I've put the OTP in.

No, it just gets in the loop.
Login - OTP - Login - OTP - Login ….
yes, upon the Login new OTP is got and provided, but Quicken Windows comes back to the Login.

@mikek753b the challenge to getting this connection fully established is that Quicken is dependent on Intuit for their aggregation service which has compatibility issues with TreasuryDirect, that haven't been resolved by either party yet.

I reviewed the logs, and am not seeing the CC-501 error reflected in the logs. I was able to replicate the problem you are reporting in my Quicken for Windows (it works fine in Quicken for Mac).
I forwarded this issue to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution.

This is very specific for Windows version.
I don't know why? But isn't working for Windows version, if ever had worked.

I have NEVER seen this work in the Windows version even though it is listed.

I have tried at least 10 times over the past week to set up my TreasuryDirect account. It goes so far as to send the One Time Password, I put it in, it searches for my accounts, then returns the 501 error " cannot connect to quicken servers, try later, showing the box to put account and password again, OVER AND OVER. It is not a matter of waiting, it is a bug. Latest Quicken Windows Subscription version, all patches. Windows 24H2 all patches, report problem done with screenshot and all files.
Please fix this.

I am also experiencing this problem in Quicken for Windows (subscription). Have attempted multiple times at different hours of the day, all with the same result.
Steps to reproduce:
Add Account > Select "TreasuryDirect" > Put in credentials > Watch the loading screen for at least 1 min > Put in OTP > Watch the loading screen for at least 1 minute > CC-501 error.
I have reported the problem via the "Report a problem" interface. Looking forward to a resolution very soon.

I had tech session with related Quicken SME, the desktop Windows version can't download from TreasuryDirect due to TreasuryDirect transaction info.
There is a promise to get such transactions post processed to allow TreasuryDirect for Windows version.

Is this being actively worked and is there any sense of when this might be resolved?
