BUG - Income reminders - calendar, reoccurring

EVERY time I sync my data - downloading transactions from the web, recurring income reminders that are near the end of the month disappear. I have to go back into the income reminder (set to 2-week intervals) to reset the start date to the 2wk date that has been changed per the software. It is getting so annoying that if it is not fixed before my yearly subscription is due to renew, I will not be.

    Before I can further assist, I would like to gain some clarification. Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Have you noticed whether this only occurs when initiating a One Step Update or does it occur with individual account updates to? When did this issue first begin? After a Quicken software update?

    Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue (*), sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s)here?

    Please save images to files of file type PNG or JPG only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

    (*) please show the Edit Income Reminder dialog of the reminder giving you problems. I'd like to see the selected frequency and the setting for "Remind me [xx] days …" or "Auto enter [xx] days …"
