    The problem with One Step Update is definitely not resolved. Eventually times out for all aacounts with cc-501 error.

    Once again, my Express Web Connect+ accounts are not updating this AM. Quicken hangs and I must use Task Manager to close the program. What's up?

    The SLOW OSU responsiveness with CC-501 error codes for most (not all) EWC and EWC+ accounts has returned.

    The issue early morning of 6/25 for me was resolved by mid-morning of 6/25 and through 6/26. But this morning it is as bad as it was early morning of 6/25.

    Add me to the list with the issues still occurring on 6/27 at 8:45a EST. Very frustrating!!!! Now, I bookmark this discussion in order to follow the incident and get bombarded with everyone else's comments with no resolution. Why do I stick with this software????

    The problem has returned. It was working yesterday, but today (6/27 8:45 am EDT) everything except the "direct connect" is not updating.

    Update: OSU has "completed", but only Direct Connect account updates have todays date, all others are dated 6/25, and show new transactions that were accepted yesterday.

    Had CC-501 errors on 6/26 and now again on 6/27. Hoping for someone at Quicken to notice and address it…and perhaps provide an update on action here in this forum? Too much to ask??

    I have tried running OSU several times this morning and everything hangs up and freezes. What should I do?

    Ditto on web connect not updating. Update process hanging.

    This issue has never been resolved for me, even temporarily like some others. I still have it and have had it consistently since 6/25. Fix it.

    same problems. OSU never finishes and never updates. 10 accounts over 5 institutions. What has happened and what do I need to do to correct this?

    same - specifically, hangs on Chase bank. Was able to access Fidelity & PNC.

    I attempted an OSU this morning. The DC accounts completed OK but EWC and EWC+ accounts hung for 10 minutes "processing data." After that delay, the OSU progress briefly said "Complete" for all the accounts but the update summary only lists the DC accounts.

    I closed Quicken, re-opened, and repeated the process with the same results.

    I have reported via Report a Problem.

    This appears to be a Quicken server issue. Here is an excerpt from the Cloud Sync log:

    They're BAAACKK! CC-501 on all EWC+ accounts. OSU took a long time to complete as well. So it failed yesterday, fixed yesterday, and now fails again. Going to reset to see if it clears.

    For me, I had no issues until this morning. Now One Step hangs and I need to use Task Manager to close Quicken. R63.21 on W11 Home.

    One interesting anomaly: the About Quicken popup shows my subscription as expired. The Check Subscription Status page shows (correctly) that my subscription is up to date. Odd.

    Is anybody experiencing a problem with one-step download? One-step ran for a long time and did not download transactions for any of my accounts. I know some transactions should have been downloaded

    I have the same issue. On all my accounts 2 Credit Unions and Charles Schwab. R63.21 build 27.1.63.21 Window 11 pro.

    I am receiving the above error on all banking-credit card accounts. Anyone else?

    I have the most current version of Quicken and closed and restarted Quicken.

    UPDATE 06/27/2025 11:25a - All accounts were downloaded except BOA and Discover.

    Running Windows 11, up to date…Quicken version 27.1.63.21, latest version. Suddenly one step update just goes in circles. To close Quicken need to use Task manager. Have restarted PC and still will not update. Anyone else having this problem?

    Yes something seems wrong on quicken's side - one step is not updating.

    Starting today, I am unable to download transactions when I use One Step Update. Yesterday it was just a CitiCostcoVisa issue. Today Quicken hangs and I need to use Task Master to close out. Please help.

    Today 6-27-25 OSU not updating except for a couple of investment accounts. It hangs. . .I have to use task manager to quit the process.

    CC-501 for Chase credit card and Alerus (HSA servicer). Sam's Club (Synchrony) worked but was slow. PNC bank accounts and etrade working. All were run one at a time (Ctrl-Alt-U) to avoid Quicken for Windows locking up.

    OSU works fine with my Fidelity & Interactive Brokers accounts but hangs when updating Schwab, Citi and Chase accounts. FYI. YMMV.
