truist CC-502 for 3 weeks

My Truist downloads have effectively been down for 3 weeks. It worked once in repeated tries. Today I followed Q advice and disconnected from Truist and now can't reconnect. "Connection Temporarily unavailable" message cc-502.

Any suggestions?

    This problem has existed for a month now. There is no excuse for either Quicken or Truist that it has not been resolved.

    Is there any resolution to this issue? Unable to download transactions from Truist - followed steps to deactivate and reactivate accounts. Still receive following error message
