Impossibile to have a refund - the 30 days money back not true!
The 9th of July i bought Quicken Classic Premier (US)
Don't like it and my bank can't connect, so i started trying to ask for the 30 days refund immediatly, the very same day.
I filled the form without receiving any email back or feedback, the customer service by telephone don't answer, and if i try to cancel the automatic renewal the page crash. 5 days in a row like this. Seems a scam to me

@m.m No, it's not deceptive. I now realize that you were quoting a discounted price based on the latest Quicken promotion. This is the offer I'm seeing currently, which I'm guessing is the one you got as well:
See the † next to the 23% off offer? You apparently didn't read the footnote/fine print, which says: "†Discounts are calculated based on the annual price. The final price may differ from the monthly discounted price multiplied by 12 months."If you take the full annual price for Quicken Deluxe of $77.88 (12 x $6.49), and discount it 23%, that would result in a price of $55.97. So if you were charged $55.91, I'd actually say you got an extra 6¢ discount in however they did the rounding, not an extra 3¢ surcharge! 😂

Glad I read this before committing. I did find it strange that I should pay $59.91 for a 12 month $4.99/mon subscription.

Did you notice that the OP never responded to some simple questions directed towards resolving the issue. The non-response looks fishy to me.
And, it IS $4.99/mo … but the order page also indicates an annual (NOT monthly) subscription.

Yes, The 3 requested items should have been simple to respond too, but it could also have been the "last straw" rant.
And the ad states $4.99/month billed annually. It never states that the annual billing is a $0.03 premium service.

@m.m Are you really upset about a 3¢ discrepancy? I agree it's odd if the billing amount is 3¢ higher than 12 x $4.99, but it seems to me like a pretty immaterial issue.
As for the other issues raised by the OP, something seems off. We know that Quicken Support is reachable via telephone 12 hours a day, 5 hours a week — so the report of no answer for five conductive days seems highly suspect and makes one wonder if they were calling the correct number or in the correct time window. (There is also chat support, which can help with a refund request.) And if the OP just wanted to get their money back, there was — and still is — time to request and receive a refund within 30 days of purchase if they had only responded here. Hopefully they didn't respond here because they shortly thereafter received the refund they had requested.

Am I upset about a $0.03 discrepancy? Yes, this is supposedly a financial program which should have NO discrepancies.

@m.m I’d be concerned if the financial program was throwing off $.03 errors. To me, the way they sell an annual subscription rounded to a monthly price is a marketing issue more than a technical one.
