    I've been getting the dreaded "101" error for 2 days now … so Barclay problems are back …

    Care Code: FDP-101

    Details:
    CP_SCRIPT_ERROR
    Expected to find an object with property ['data'] in path $ but found 'java.lang.String'. This is not a json object according to the JsonProvider: 'com.jayway.jsonpath.spi.json.JsonSmartJsonProvider'.

    I went ahead and moved your comment into its own thread since you’re using Quicken Classic for Mac and the post you originally replied to was under a Windows category.

    Based on the FDP-101 (CP_SCRIPT_ERROR) you’re receiving, please see this support article. According to the article, this type of error usually occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to your bank (often due to a block on the bank’s side).

    As noted in the article—please wait 24 hours and then try again. If the error still persists after this time period, please contact Quicken Support so an agent can review your log files and escalate if necessary.

    I went ahead and contacted Quicken Support and reported the problem from quicken and as well as a screen shot of the error message. As a marker, this began on August 13, 2025.

    The same thing is happening to me with my Barclay's Savings account. Error FDP-101. This has been an on-again-and-off-again problem for the past year, and I would appreciate a more comprehensive and permanent solution for it. I realize that the ball is in Barclay's court, but I appreciate Quicken escalating the matter.

    I have been connecting to Barclay Bank US for years with no problem. Starting last week, I am unable to download my transactions. I tried to Update Login in account settings and now receive the error FDP-101. This is a problem for all Barclay Bank US users?

    I also started getting this error this week, it seems to also correspond to barclays making some slight UI changes on their website.
