Accessing account management functions
In my account I am unable to manage my "automatic renewal option". In fact, according to my account, I no longer have a subscription. I have however I was just charged for a renewal on my credit card. I no longer use Quicken so would like to clear this up ASAP. I believe I ran into the same issue last year. Can someone please explain this to me.
Companies should not make it so difficult for customers to remove themselves from the service if it no longer fits their needs.
Thanks
