Win11 latest update broken login

After the Win11 latest update I am unable to get thru the login pop-up. I am running Quicken Classic. I have been trying for 3 days. Retried the download patch, too.

I have reset credentials and can login on the mobile app, and online. So it's not a password issue.

What is broken with this latest update in Win11 that I need to fix?

If this happened after a Windows 11 update, then I would suspect the issue is being caused by some sort of change to settings in your Windows. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information about the exact behavior you are seeing. You said you can't get past the login popup. What exactly is happening? If possible, please also include a screenshot of what you are seeing (with any personal information redacted). If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
