Videos aren't available for the new Billing system, but are still "clickable"
These need to be updated (all three of the Quicken Bill Manager links).

I have the same broken videos and also the Empty Bill Manager Window as posted above too. (I updated my video drivers etc.. for the Bill Manager Windows since I heard it worked for some people BUT no luck, just empty window)
